Baby Three...

... has bitten me. I'm starting to have those little "I want to get pregnant again" pangs. I wondered how long it would take and even if they would ever be back.

Frankly, it's kind of insane because my days are still just ridiculously nuts. I'm always running two different directions. The four-year-old is extremely hungry for attention these days. The one-year-old is into everything. Most days I feel like I'm hanging on by a thread. But still, nature wins out, trying to convince me once again that it's time to do my share of helping to populate the earth.

I won't do anything about this for quite some time. I managed to keep it in check from the time Ben was about 13 months until he was 18 months or so, when we "stopped preventing". The actual "trying" didn't start until a few months later, and thankfully (only in hindsight) took awhile!

It probably doesn't help that a friend of mine who had a baby a week after I had Simon is pregnant again. I have to remind myself that SHE only has one child right now, not two! That changes things immensely.

But it's there... oh, my little Baby Three... maybe you are not too far off after all! ;)
