So Much Time to Go and Yet, So Little...
I am starting to get that "I'm going to be pregnant" forever feeling... Yeah, this movie is DRAGGING. But then, when I scroll through my pregnancy blog archives with Ben, it doesn't seem long at all. It just seems like it's taking years to get to 30 weeks... and then I can can only imagine how weeks 30-40 are going to feel. Oh wait, I KNOW how they are going to feel.
S-L-O-W.
It helps that I have a few things to distract me. Benjamin, for instance. ;) But also, I have his birthday party to plan, and my own birthday is coming up, as is Tom's, our anniversary, my brother's birthday, and Easter. (umm yeah, busy time) And then May will be here and we'll be in full-on countdown mode!
Deep down, I know I should be REALLY appreciating this relative calm before the storm. We're all sleeping well, and we won't be once Too comes, that's for sure. And on top of the exhaustion, I'm going to be a wreck of hormones for awhile, I'll basically have my period for six long weeks and my boobs are going to leak and my clothes aren't going to fit right away and Tom and I are going to snap at each other because neither one of us will be sleeping... I KNOW all this. I REMEMBER it all like it was yesterday. But I still want the next 12 weeks to hurry up and pass.
I guess the grass IS always greener, huh?

It's almost March. When you think about March, May seems soooooo close!

Oh ummm yeah... you bleed. Forever. Unless you have a c-section. Apparently those people get off easy in that respect.
It is good that you remember all of that, cause I sure didn't! So that is why Tony and I are about to kill each other huh? Although, this time around I am not nearly as sleep deprived and the bleeding lasted almost half as long! So you never know. Expect the worst but hope for the best.
erin, its not all that bad! remember you'll have a beautiful baby to love and cuddle! that does make things better =)

Haha! I never bled for more than two weeks, either. Poor Erin, with her leaky orifices. Maybe your uterus will get her act together after Too checks out?
I still had that "problem" with my section, but not for that long-- 6 weeks!?! Bummer. (That's going on my list of cons for VBAC.)

Man... now I am realizing I TOTALLY got a bad deal last time around. Yes, it was SIX WEEKS!! And then?? I got my period... and it lasted forever too... so really more like 8 weeks.
