Forgot to Mention...

After the 7-week ultrasound and after seeing the doctor today who looked over my 7-weke ultrasound, it seems my due date has moved to May 21st. However, since I'm already latched onto May 19th and I don't feel like changing my tickers, May 19th it stays. A due date is one big crap shoot anyway! ;)

(delivery can be a crap shoot too in an entirely different way... but that's another story... nyuck nyuck nyuck... oh? What's that? You first-timers didn't know about the possibility of "going" on the table? Hee! And no, I didn't... but I was PETRIFIED of that happening!)

Comments:
I have in fact, heard of that, tyvm.

So, we're still not all that off from our due dates - I'm "officially" May 18th with the doc, but I'm sticking to the 16th. :-)

Hey, your ticker is already on the third picture! This pregnancy *is* flying by!

It really is going quickly for me... I guess it's because I'm preoccupied with Ben and various other things? The 18-week ultrasound seems like it's just around the corner... but with Ben, I was counting down the MINUTES.

That possibility terrifies me even now, and I'm years from getting pregnant, if I even ever do. One of my friends mentioned that it can happen and it's now one of my biggest "eventually having a baby" fears. As for the "I didn't know until later" responses to the survey- if it happened and I didn't notice? Ohmahgah, don't *ever* tell me...

Psssh. It was truly the last thing on my mind in the moment. I might have, I might not have. No one (except for my midwife!) will ever know.

Now, what I was REALLY concerned about was popping out some hemorrhoids. Yeek.

i did with both and you know what?? who cares!!! its a fact of life and a part of bringing in another miraculeous life!!

My sister told me that with her first she kept passing gas with every contraction and was apologizing for it in between.

OH MY, I was so horrified. Luckily they don't look at your poo when they do the C-section so I'm off the hook this time around. :-)

We talk a lot about babies at work (I have a coworker who has 4 kids and, well, you know me) and my co-worker was trying to sell me on having an enema to avoid embarassment for just this problem. Yeah right!
