I ordered my rental doppler today! It should be here by early next week and hopefully, I'll be able to find the heartbeat then, or at least by next Saturday when I will be 9 weeks. I rented one when I was pregnant with Ben (and I had about 1/4 of the paranoia I have with this pregnancy). It was so reassuring to be able to check in on the baby whenever I felt like it. I know doctors HATE them because so many women freak out when they can't find the heartbeat themselves. But I'm pretty good at using it, so I shouldn't be a problem patient. So shhh... don't tell!

Ohh those are so handy to help us keep our sanity!! A friend of mine let me borrow hers when I was pregnant with Easton, and then sent it to me again for this little one..and after the ectopic, and then the spotting with this guy etc...I was so paranoid, so it really helped me stay sane ;) I dont use it as much now since he is always moving around, but at times he is quiet and it doesnt seem like him napping.. I get that sucker out ;) GOod luck finding it when you get it in the mail!!
I always wished I had one of those when I was pregnant...but I was afraid I would be one of those that freaks out when I couldn't find it. That will be so reassuring for you to be able to listen in whenever you want!
